* Packaged in a protective biodegradable plastic sleeve, it is not recommended to store the print in the sleeve as sunlight will cause it to break down and might damage the print. 
 
The original artwork is a collage using a Gelli printed background sheet, the squirrel was painted on a page from an old encyclopedia, the leaves were Gelli prints of fallen leaves from Chatham Cemetery. 
 
The White Squirrels of Chatham are a local legend. Found only in certain parts of the UK, there are several colonies in Medway, one of which lives in Chatham Cemetery. 
 
White squirrels have many myths associated with them - including that they are messengers of the dead.
